Welcome to FreeXiT Technologies! Thank you for choosing our services. By using this Website/Application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

For the purpose of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

1. 2.1. User: Individuals using FreeXiT’s website/App, acting as either Senders or Delivery Partners (DPs).
2. 2.2. Sender: An individual who publishes an order on FreeXiT’s website/App, requesting logistic services.
3. 2.3. Delivery Partner: An individual who accepts and fulfills a published order on FreeXiT’s website/App, delivering goods to the destination specified by the Sender within a reasonable timeframe.

3.1. By using this website, you acknowledge that you have read and reviewed this Agreement and agree to comply with its terms. If you do not agree, kindly discontinue the use of the website. FreeXiT provides access to its website, products, and services only to those who accept its terms.

4.1. FreeXiT Technologies website/App is a P2P logistics platform connecting Users for the purpose of requesting or fulfilling logistic services as Senders or Delivery Partners.

4.2. As a Sender, you may publish an order on FreeXiT's website/App, specifying the deliveries, delivery address, proposed delivery time, receiver details, and any other information deemed necessary by FreeXiT.

4.3. As a Delivery Partner, you may accept a published order and deliver the goods to the Sender's specified destination within a reasonable time, maintaining a payment wallet account with FreeXiT.

4.4. FreeXiT determines prices for logistic services and handles payment to Delivery Partners through Payment Wallets, with amounts determined by FreeXiT periodically.

4.5. Users may engage in requesting or fulfilling logistic services regardless of their role as a Sender or Delivery Partner.

4.6. FreeXiT may establish eligibility criteria for publishing or receiving orders on the App, subject to amendments by FreeXiT.

5.1. As a User, you may register with FreeXiT, providing private information. You are responsible for information accuracy and account security. You must also report any account security issues to FreeXiT immediately.

5.2. FreeXiT reserves the right to terminate accounts, edit or remove content, and cancel orders at its discretion.

6.1. The Sender maintains full and absolute title to their deliveries.

6.2. FreeXiT and its representatives have no right, title, or interest in the deliveries, and shall not interfere with the deliveries' title under this Agreement.

7.1. Inflammable goods, petroleum products, explosive goods, hard drugs/substances, and other hazardous goods determined by FreeXiT are strictly prohibited as delivery packages.

8.1. Users agree to abide by FreeXiT’s privacy policy regarding user data collection.

9.1. All materials, products, and services on this website/App are the property of FreeXiT Technologies. Users agree not to reproduce or redistribute FreeXiT's intellectual property.

9.2. Users grant FreeXiT a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, use, copy, transmit, and broadcast uploaded and published content.

10.1. FreeXiT is not obligated to resolve disputes between Users and is not liable for losses incurred, except with a valid insurance claim against FreeXiT.

10.2. In case of a conflict during a logistics service transaction, FreeXiT offers both parties the opportunity to report the matter to customer service representatives via mail or phone.

10.3. FreeXiT may investigate concerns or complaints and seek to resolve disputes between Users.

10.4. Users understand that FreeXiT's appeal mechanism does not guarantee dispute resolution.

10.5. FreeXiT may suspend or terminate access to the App for uncooperative Users during the appeal process.

10.6. FreeXiT reserves the right for final interpretations and judgments in appeal cases.

11.1. Users agree to indemnify FreeXiT and its affiliates against legal claims arising from their use or misuse of FreeXiT’s services or violation of these terms.

12.1. FreeXiT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of FreeXiT’s website/App or violation of these terms.

13.1. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Court in Nigeria, with the award entered in any court having jurisdiction.

14.1. FreeXiT reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Application, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of these terms.
